We have been using SYS Storage in Refugio for several years now. The units are roomy and the facility is well maintained and easily accessible. Recently they transitioned to a new online payment and account management system which is very easy to use and understand. They send various reminders via text and email before the due date for the account. You are even able to pay multiple units simultaneously which is very helpful. I rented a storage unit from this company for 13 months. When I needed this storage unit I didn't have to look far since these units are available in my hometown. I'm currently in Mississippi so I gave them a call and was able to get a storage unit and do everything necessary over the phone to get the unit which was very helpful and convenient. I would definitely rent from this company again if needed!

Being able to rent a storage online was so much easier than having to wait for someone to go meet you at storage just to figure out what size is needed. The owners are sweet people, they have checked to to see how our move was and was storage the right size. I would recommend to anyone.
