Great little Jem. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great specials and bull orders for quality meats and seafood.
MORE TIMES THAN NOT THE MEAT IS OLD ON THE BRINK OF GOING BAD LATELY (if not bad already) SO I HAD TO EDIT MY REVIEW ACTUALLY. ASK TO SMELL AND OBSERVE THE MEAT BEFORE YOU BUY, ESPECIALLY DELI MEAT AND IN OUR CASE TONIGHT, THE BRATWURST. LATELY THIS IS OUR EXPERIENCE SADLY. It's the only meat store in town so we'll probably be forced to give it a go again at some point and if the quality improves and they're not holding meat too long in the future then I will gladly revise this review but for now this is the truth so I have ... read more
Some good stuff here and prices are decent especially the sales. The subs... need improvement. Saw another review saying he had very little meat and he wasn't wrong. I've had a sub from here a while ago and it was pretty good but this time I felt like I was eating a loaf of bread with lettuce and mayo. Should have stuck with Perrones.
