How hard can it be to get a prescription filled? Let's just say one month, 17 phone calls with Sryinga, 5 phone calls to Blue Cross, and 8 phone calls to Amazon Pharmacy. Still waiting on a call back from Friday. Let's do better for are diabetic patients. A whole month without meds is dangerous
The receptionists in the clinic are very rude, and when you try to explain why you were 1 minute, I say ONE MINUTE late after a 30 minute drive, they tell you that you have to reschedule!! When? Why? But, don’t ask them that, because they will call the police on you, when all they have to do is politely explain, and not yell and cause a patient to get upset before their appointment!! These women should not be working in customer service especially at a hospital!!! They now are denying us future appointments at their care cli... read more
I came to syringa hospital to have gastric bypass surgery. The surgeon, Dr. Smith found a hiatal hernia that the gastroentinologist had missed during an endoscopy. I had surgeries before but never have I had better treatment. The care, compassion, and professionalism by the nurses, pharmacist, and office support is unsurpassed. I traveled a great distance to have my surgery here but if I ever need an additional treatment they provide I'd return here joyfully. HOSPICE TEAM- I want to give a shout out to Syringa’s Hospice team. While my family & I were taking care of our loved one; The Syringa Hospice care team & staff were so helpful, kind, and supportive! Everyone was lovely and we are so thankful we had them to help us! Thank you for being part of such a vulnerable moment, we couldn’t have done it without you.
