One of the worst customer service and lack of trustworthy people. 0 professionalism. We bought a car from them, specifically, from Hasan, 2016 Kia Forte during winter time, for 9500$. On my way to Access Nova Scotia, I found out the AC was not working. He said to come by he will fix it. Then later he was like it is winter time, he is busy, he will fix it during summer time. We purchased a vehicle in March without being able to drive it ourselves due to being out of town. It’s been working exactly as described and Hassan was very honest about the couple of things that needed work (the battery was going and he threw in a newer battery which he didn’t have to do). The vehicle has been fantastic, working wonderfully and we are so grateful for all the help in the purchase of a reliable car for our family adventures!
