I bought a Dell computer from the Syracuse campus store at the beginning of the semester. However, by finals week, the computer wouldn’t even start. In December, I had to find an IT service that could diagnose the issue and return the laptop to me before my finals, as most IT services were backed up for 2 to 4 weeks after I left for winter break. Great experience!
Ordering: easy. Fulfillment: fast and perfect as ordered. Shipping....eh, pretty bad. Items were shipped rolled up in a plastic bag and sent via UPS Ground. The package took a beating. Suggest you ship in sturdier packaging, e.g. cardboard box. Thank you.
