CAMP is very fun, challenging but not too hard/ adaptable to where I was at just getting back in the gym after a while. It’s so dynamic and ever changing/ the hour flys by and I felt the different in my body tone within two weeks of going three times a week. Definitely worth the monthly rate for a niche community gym like this- totally different experience than going to a regular gym. Is social and and motivating. The owner Holly is great and instructor Diane kicks total ass!Â
You guys are amazing from the moment you walk in coaches are engaging and encouraging. The workouts are amazing a healthy mix of challenging yet rewarding, the feeling of community are unmatched. Honestly the best gym I’ve been to hands down.Â
Love this place, good people, great facility and all the equipment you need for your training/fitness needs. 10/10, thanks for everything.Â
