I spent an hour trying to figure out the online set up for this because nobody answered the phone. I finally got it done, paid, and went to check the unit it assigned. I rented a trailer today and got there to put my stuff in the unit and there’s a lock on it. Shocker that nobody answers the phone and there is no method to address the issue on the website. Wasted most of a day on this and now will need to postpone a move
