Jeff is very knowledgeable about pools! He got my Aunt’s pool up and running and crystal clear. I would highly recommend.
we did not use Syracuse pool and patio for our pool , but we did use their concrete guy for our concrete .We hired their concrete guy Trey based on the fact he worked for this company. BIG MISTAKE! the concrete was poured two months ago. the concrete is terrible!! he never even brushed the concrete when it was poured ! It is flaky and ugly. two months and Trey has never come to remove the frame work or fix the concrete! he didn’t square up the foundation at all and the whole project is terrible!!!
