Syracuse Pool & Patio installed our inground pool 31 years ago - service was excellent then and now as well. Needed a new liner - had last one installed 16 yrs ago. Team of Bill & Joe were outstanding. Told us the entire process would be inside of 3 weeks and it was. The team arrived when they said they would and they worked long days until the job was completed. This is June 2020 and we couldn't be happier. Thank you!!
The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. Bad communication False promises Condescending Attitude Argumentative. Spend your money elsewhere.
Purchased a spa at nys fair... 4-6 weeks delivery. Yeah, right ! Eight weeks no spa... Attitude on phone from "Denise" about canceling. They make false promises they can't deliver on... I will never ever buy anything from them and will never recommend them to anyone. I would rate them a ZERO but had to add one star
State fair spa too. It's been eight weeks since I also bought a spa at the state fair. It'll be here any day has been going on for two weeks. I'm going to have to snowblow before the spa gets here. I thought by buying it from a local dealer I was safe. No such luck.
Terrible, purchased a pool, delivery and installing was to take place in August. We have a Hugh hole in our back yard waiting for a pool to go in. Called BILL the Owner, who tells you what you want to hear, how ever non of it was correct, called back NO ONE knows anything about our pool and NO ONE is calling back. SO here we sit waiting. I should of read this reviews prior to dealing with this unprofessionals. I did have to give them a star if I had a choice I give them NO stars.
