since 2007 I been making my own repairs after they send out maintenance to take pictures then leave and not return, So I decided to exercise my rights as a tenant and withheld rent and deducted it from the cost of repairing or replacing items that needs to be replaced. my position now is I can no longer pay for repairs and still be charged full rent, they are not living up to the basic standards of what they promote, I will join in to hire a lawyer

They definitely give you the run around. I've been asking to get my house painted over for 4years. It's always an excuse. You can ask them to do something and itl take forever, or when they do do it, it's wrong. Me and my neighbor constantly argue over the driveway, the noise her kids make and nothing is being done. Even us fighting.They have so many lawsuits against them and needs to be ran by professionals. Even the board needs to be fired because you can never get in touch with them either.
