Great customer service. They had just what I was looking for at a really great price. The owner went out of his way to take care of us. Highly recommend Syracuse Mattress to everyone.
Worst customer experience. The worker was so rude to us we had to leave because of it. I don’t recommend for anyone looking a mattress.
Amazing experience! Moving my son to Syracuse and stopped at a few other stores for a new mattress but just didn't enjoy the pressure sales and then we stopped in Syracuse Mattress and knew we found the right store. Laid back, no pressure, great selection and pricing. They had everything we needed in stock so we could take it with us. Couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. Give these guys a shot next time you need a mattress!!
Syracuse Mattress totally hooked up my son and I with new mattresses. Customer service could not have been better. The owner gave us a great deal and even delivered the mattresses same day on his way home! 5 star company.
Bought a new mattress from here at an awesome price! Great selection and quality. Got same day delivery and he was very kind, he even took my older one to the dump! Definitely recommend.
