The technicians are friendly and professional. The treatments did not work for me. Edit: closed due to bankruptcy without notice. There was no way to continue treatments without driving to Albany.
Never had appointments available in early morning or late afternoon so hard to schedule around work. Called to get a touch up after 2 years and 6months they stated that I only had a 2 year guarantee when I thought I had a 5 year guarantee. Receptionist was rude and not friendly. And they are about 4 times as expensive as A&E laser
Don't believe Laser Spa's 2 year gaurantee. I was promised at my initial consultation that I'd be treated until I'd be hair free if I upgraded. Then if any hair comes back within 2 years, I'd be able to come back for more treatments. I'm not hair free and am now being told I'd need to pay more money to continue treatments. They'd tell you to get treatments every 8 weeks but I'd get calls from staff to reschedule my appointments due to lack of technicians or broken machines all the time. The experience was absolutely horrible. They didnt keep their word or promises. I still have hair even after my treatments. It was an absolute waste of money. When i first started going i was told i was guaranteed 2 years of having no hair after my treatments were done and there was no limit as it was guartneed for 2 years. I had the same exact experience as Amy Ferguson (search the reviews). I was told that they would treat me for as long as I needed. But now, 6 treatments in with less than stellar results, they took me into a room at my last treatment and explained that I would have to pay for any additional treatments beyond 8 visits. I objected and brought up the fact that I was told differently when I signed up for the service. All the woman kept saying was "you signed a contract".
