I recently went in for a routine colonoscopy and experienced an unexpected complication with the anesthesia. Dr. Iorio showed genuine concern—more than I even felt at the time. Later that evening, I developed symptoms of pneumonia and ended up in the Crouse ER. I want to thank PA William and the entire ER staff for their professionalism and care.
