I bought a new treadmill here after much research and looking around. Andy helped me with what genuinely seemed to be completely non-biased information that really helped my decision. The price was great and included all delivery and set up. I couldn't be happier with everything. I highly recommend at least considering this store if you are in the market for anything fitness related. 5 stars for sure!!

Purchased a new Spirit recumbent bike. The salesman was very helpful, walking us through 3 different machines. After trying each machine, and getting information on each, we were given space to discuss the pros and cons with no pressure. He then delivered it to us 5 hours later on his way to camp. That is definitely going above and beyond. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Syracuse Fitness!

Bought a spirit treadmill for over 3 grand and the apps on this device are forced and cannot be disabled or un-installed. Repetitive cnn updates and alerts during use and if you can get netflix to work every other step the screen flickers.
