I’m sure some of the other employees are alright, but there is a woman who works here with no customer service hospitality. She not only bit the patient’s-my mother’s- head off about being early and willing to wait until her scheduled appointment time and fill out her paperwork during that period, but also snapped at my grandmother for going back to assist my mother with a mishap on her phone after the patient’s eyes had already been dilated. I've been going here for years and won't go anywhere else! Clean with the latest technology. Very friendly & helpful staff. I recently had some problems with my right eye. They made time on a very busy evening to get me in right away. They listened, helped determine the cause of the problem, and to help get the treatment that was needed. Sooo grateful!
