Very disappointed. Technician knew very little about bees. He was also unprepared....did not have his own foil tape for the hole, had to use my duct tape which was ineffective in keeping bees out. He did not have or use a ladder - he used an antique chair that was in my son's room. He did not vacuum up bees as he said he would do. He used a mild pesticide that was ineffective. He could not locate entry spot of bees. I was still charged the entire fee. I do not recommend this company.
