Get directionsI went here twice within a month with two different people and both times the waiting room was airing Fox “news.” On the second occasion I requested the channel be changed and explained that having Fox News airing in an ED was highly inappropriate. I was told by the nurse “we’re dealing with emergencies here, we’ll worry about what’s on the TV later.” (We were the only ones in the waiting room). Dismissive, rude, and entirely uncaring. The staff were very friendly and seemed like they cared why I came in. Matthew was very friendly and was willing to help me out. Only problem I have with the place is the weird layout of the parking lot and weird way of getting to said er

I explained we had been waiting much long... read more
No wait at the Syracuse Ogden clinic!! They said 30 minutes for the X-ray results, but it only took 10–15. Staff was kind and made sure my very bruised thumb was protected before I left. Great experience overall!
