Nurses are horrible that work there on Sunday , treated my aunt like crap when she was in serious pain and needed help , nurse didn’t even care to make sure her medication was okay to mix with morphine and made a comment that it was above her pay grade and if she wanted to be helped right away she could or she could wait a long time for the doctor to make sure she could mix medications . I was there Sunday and I was told my blood work show no blood clot risk white blood cells normal. I was worried it might have a blood clot in my leg . They have a check list if you dont fall in it they well not call a tech in to run a test. I called over before going back in. Was told I would get told I would get turned away again. So I went to ihc layton ED and they found a DVT. So I do have a blood clot . If I did not push it it could have killed me.
My daughter was seen at the Syracuse ER and we received excellent care. She woke up and her eye was swollen shut and she was having an allergic reaction. We rushed over to the Syracuse ER and they got us right back. After they took her vitals we went to a room, we never even had to take a seat in the waiting room. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Unless you are prepared to pay an enormous amount of money. Their sign advertises that they see all sorts of ailments from serious emergencies all the way to flu symptoms. My 8 year old son had been throwing up for two days, and started complaining of severe stomach pain, of course, at 10:30 at night.
