Two stars because the guy at the old building was super nice. & Lisa was AMAZING . The new building ?!? DR.Dunn is rude and rushed everything. Along with her dental assistant just over all rude .
No one never answers the phone so you can be transferred or get your appointment you have to get in your car and drive 2 miles a more just to make an appointment and that is ridiculous when the phone is right there and they're sitting right there by the phone something should be done about it so maybe you should hire someone to answer the phone or get a robot who will make the appointments
I called multiple times to schedule an appointment for a visit, but no one is available to pick up the call and I can't even leave a message because the mailbox is full. I would recommend the provider's office on resolving the mail box as soon as possible.
I think the provider should respect her or his clients but what I saw there is no respect when the patient wait his provider more than one hour and after that send an medical student to check...
