Syracuse Auto Works is a no-nonsense, no frills, hidden gem of auto repair and maintenance in the city of Syracuse. The staff offers service with a smile, is always courteous, respectful and offers an honest assessment of your auto's needs. They will not try to sell you something you don't need, which I appreciate. Their mechanics do thorough, high grade work. I highly recommend you give them a try.
Bought a used vehicle and the previous owner had haphazardly modified the wiring in the engine bay to add third party lights. Syracuse Auto Works was able to restore the wiring to factory cleanly and quickly. I had an uncommon problem with my headlights as well and they were able to fix it without the need to fully replace the units. I’ll definitely be returning to them in the future.
Tim at Syracuse Auto Works is a true professional. He was able to squeeze our vehicle in and make sure everything was safe and ready to go before our daughter headed off to college. He took the time to look everything over, explain what he found, and make some recommendations without making us feel pressured. We really appreciate Tim taking the time to help us out, especially on short notice. I can’t recommend Tim and Syracuse Auto Works enough. We’ll definitely be bringing our vehicles back!
Excellent service. Oil change & Inspection. One hour elapsed from the time I called to schedule service to job completion. Amazing. Friendly. Affordable, too. Clean shop. Highly recommend!
