5 stars. Why would anyone want to leave anything other than five stars?? If there’s a problem, the owner will call you directly.
A friend of mine had referred me to this place and I will revisit this place ,nice quick job .. I appreciate you guys, thank you again.
The staff were all pleasant and welcoming . The mechanics were busy but appeared to be at ease with each other and customers. The atmosphere was warm but professional. The main office was clean and comfortable at Syracuse Auto Works . My vehicle was assessed promptly and information detailed to me by owner Tim Donahue. I will be making an appointment in the next few weeks for repairs to be made . I was very pleased and impressed with this visit and would recommend them to anyone .
Had an appointment for an inspection. Tim and his crew got me in promptly, and got me on my way. Though I do my minor maintenance work on my vehicle myself, Syracuse Auto Works is the only place to take my vehicles when Any real work is needed. I've known Tim and his family for decades , and he is honest as they come.
