It’s disappointing to see some of the negative reviews, especially since my experience with the 16-Week Weight Loss Challenge has been life-changing. I completed the Challenge in October, and it was hands down one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. Warning...be sure to read contract and to be committed to one year payment plan before signing!!! I joined the 16 Week Challenge Program, and I completed all the required classes (3 classes a week) and more! My results were, I lost 10 pounds and multiple inches all over my body. At first it was awkward for me because the classes were very large, and the workouts were posted on a whiteboard. The trainer would explain the workout, set the timer, then you go at your own pace.
