Arlington county VA has located health and human services along with then public school admin (including adults ed) into this campus that used to be a defense contractor. Very nice, good food options, good adult ed classes. It's near Jefferson Middle School just off route 50.
A really terrible place to work with no help when it comes to serious concerns about management. They let management treat people below them however they want and dismiss proof of bad management and honestly just bad people being in a position of power. This place will make you feel like you have to join a UNION because HR and Mr.Bell can’t be bothered.
