Welcome to Syosset seafood. My name is James Pellegrino for four generations my family has been in the fish business. Dating back to my great grandfather who was a fisherman in Sciacco Sicily, his main catch was mostly sardines and calamari ( squid ), he would then go around the village selling his fish from a basket. We’ve been regular customers since Syosset Seafood opened at this location! The fish is always fresh and the service prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Our favorite among the vast array of prepared food is the halibut salad, with salmon burgers a close second. And now we are “addicted “ to the freshly prepared (and beautifully displayed) sushi!!!

The seafood at Syosset Seafood is BEYOND AMAZING!!! Had the most wonderful Christmas Eve dinner last night thanks to Gus, Nancy, and the incredible staff at this gem of an establishment!!! The lobster, shrimp, seafood salad, and clams were fresh, tender, and so tasty! Never ever will we order seafood from anywhere else again! Everyone MUST make it a point to try Syosset Seafood! �����
I have been to Brauns seafood for years literally amazing fish...I walked out of Syosset seafood and I will make it a point to provide dinner for my family at least once a week from this establishment! It was hands down the best seafood I ever ate, I won't ever order seafood when out at a restaurant EVER again!
Customer service and respect should be the corner stone of business! They don't have it.
Great food and great people! They always do an amazing job.
Gus and the family are great. For 30 years they have filled our Christmas eve table with only the finest fish. Thanks guys!
