My mother went for a consultation with Dr. Cusa over 2 years ago. It consisted of a short visit of him waiting on the phone with the insurance carrier to see if a colonoscopy was covered. She paid her $50 co-pay and decided not to do the procedure with Dr. Cusa. Didnt feel comfortable, place was very messy and he had no office help. Guy sent her a bill for $100 for who knows what.
