HORRIBLE. I specifically ordered a EXTRA LARGE flower arrangement with a hefty upcharge. When picking up my order, not only did they forget it, but instead provided with me with an EXTRA SMALL flower arrangement insisting that this was the size I ordered. Mt receipt and order summary clearly showed that I ordered a large arrangement. VERY DISAPPOINTED.Â
