I had a 8:00am doctor appointment for annual check. The office was not open until 8:05am, and the doctor was not arriving at 8:15am, then I left since I had to go to work. Also, I made an appointment with Dr Lin, who is my doctor. But I was told that Dr. Lin was off when I was in the office, and I can see Dr. Huang, who is not the doctor I have been seen before. I wish that the office would call me before and reschedule my appointment.
The front desk has no manners. They don’t check the sign in sheets and expect the client to notify them to sign in. I had appointment today at 11, Signed in and Waited more than 20 mins till someone stepped in and skipped me to see the doctor. When check with front deck, they told me that I didn’t let them know that I have sign in already. They keep arguing and do not apologize until I requested them.
Excellent. I’d recommend to everyone. Really a great doctor and great office.
They are very friendly and caring toward their patients.
