I had an excellent experience with Synthetic Turf NW. it started with their salesman James who came out to our house and really took his time listening to what our goals were and designing a putting green that worked perfectly with what we wanted. Really wanted a beautiful yard and was so excited. Sales came out, told me everything I wanted to hear. I specifically asked questions and, of course, got answers that I wanted to hear. So called project manager finally comes out and gives a whole different spiel, and using wrong equipment to measure (a wheel would be much more accurate).
