Part of the business is communicating right and be patient with your client- after paying $700+ for a structural plan I have to find another engineer that will be able to communicate right and not scream over the phone in a disrespectful way
I was waiting for this guy to give me a time/date to do the job after I signed the contract, after calling/email him , he declined the contract!!! Don’t waste the customer time any more
