Incredible on-hand selection of hard to find components. I live in Austin and couldn’t find a single shop with the parts I was looking for, I called Syntaur up and Micah was a fantastic help and worked with me to get my parts expediently. I definitely will be a returning customer and referring anyone who asks me about synths!
Purchased main board which was defective, Suntaur didnt provide any customer service to replace the part.
The part they sold me had broken pieces when it arrived, they refused to replace or refund. Horrible customer service. Disappointed
