Don’t expect support post sales , they do not care
Synqor is not an honest company and their certificate of conformance isn't worth the paper it is written on. We placed an order for power supplies, pre-paid for the order 3 months before they shipped. Clearly indicated that we did not want partial shipments, (as indicated on all their paperwork), yet the company ships 1"x2"x1" parts in 2 foot x 2 foot boxes just to increase shipping costs and then makes 3 shipments, resulting in the shipping cost higher than the product they ship.
