So disappointed by this company and would highly recommend you consider other options as you look for mortgages. Was told I qualified for one program and then literally at the 11th hour, the program was supposedly ended and then I was told I could use another program. And the program is still promoted on the company’s website. Literally after I found a home in a competitive market, negotiated and was waiting on the information to submit the final offer.
