I walked in to request a new bank card because of potential fraud on my account. All employees were gathered, laughing at something on the computer. One asked, can I help you. I say, "I need to request a new bank card" . One lady says "what?" I hate that. I go to repeat myself and a male employee says he can help me and leads me to his office. He was professional. The "what" lady was not. It made me feel disrespected and as if I was interrupting her "break".
