It's unbelievable that when I went to cash a check my boss gave me, I had to present my passport because my driver's license wasn't enough. And on top of that, they called my workplace to verify that I was the person the check was made out to and that I worked for the company. Total discrimination! I don't recommend that bank or Karin Jones; she's arrogant and condescending.
Quick shoutout to Marina for stellar service, helping us navigate a difficult situation quickly and without issue. If she's emblematic of the rest of the staff, this is a standout branch against any banking institution.
