Has absolutely nothing to do with this particular branch but the company as a whole. PLEASE its 2026 why are we still having to wait for replacement DC in the mail. I really hope this merge with Pinnacle allow you to provide DC even temp DC on office. The app sucks everything you have to call or go in office. Simple things like filing a dispute or ordering another card,l chat nothing can be done on the app. This bank is so far behind with Technology. Luckily its not my main bank but the differences are astounding
