Came close to closing for a cashier's check and Sherry was very helpful and polite. I enjoyed our conversation while she processed everything. Not discounting anyone else's experience here, but everything went smoothly and I'd return again.

Consistently unhappy with this bank. They do not have a night drop box or a drive through and so with covid-19, their only option is to make an appointment to go into the bank in person to deposit a check. You have to pay extra for online deposits, and you can't deposit at an ATM. I find myself constantly disappointed in the basic services they refuse to provide. They charge you extra and make you jump through hoops just to perform the most basic of banking tasks. On top of that, the customer service has never been impressiv... read more

Raging effeminate, male, tells me what to expect. Avoid Synovus: Seventeen (17) calls and a VP laughing at my dead mother. Do not know how to handle a $100 Estate check. Synovius branch manager laughed at my dead mother's remains, twice; morbidly obese AVP. Seventeen calls in twenty-four hours, five different branches, $100 Estate Check. Non-responsive HR and Customer Experience Officers (corporation directors). These are the facts. Synovus must be closed by the Georgia Banking Commission.
