I received multiple checks from a Synovus account which are clearly fraud. Synovus makes it extremely difficult to report this. After FIFTEEN phone calls, I finally got to a human. She tried multiple times to explain to me that she couldn't help unless I could put the account holder on the line. The problem is I don't know the account holder. It's fraud. I would hope any bank might care enough about its customers to at least flag the account for review. Sadly this is not the case with Synovus. I guess I'll take the c... read more
I'll start off by saying my wife and I bank with regions and we are in the early stages of acquiring a construction loan and im very disappointed in my bank so we contacted Kim white at the Calhoun Synovus and she came in on a off day took the time to set us up for a construction loan. KIM Went above and beyond for us and answered all of our questions and concerns. She was very knowledgeable on the loan and what we would need to get our loan. Thank you to Synovus and Kim White.
Went in with my daughter to open an account at 4:30 the lady at the front seemed like it was a problem we came in at 4:30 cause they close at 5:00. My daughter had to work an didn't get off work until 4:00. We were sat to wait for about 10 minutes then was sent in to see Shannon she seemed rude soon as we walked in. She needed another form of ID from my daughter but wouldn't accept anything my daughter had because it wasn't paper form. Due to poor scheduling on my part, I showed up ten minutes before closing hoping to open an account. Shannon Bunch was incredibly helpful, and stayed with until almost an hour after closing to get everything sorted out. As far as the bank goes in general, everyone was very nice and helpful.
I've been in this bank for over 10 years and I'm always more impressed with the customer service. Today's they called me to see if they could help me avoid overdraft by moving funds for my business to my personal account. Any other bank would have just charged me multiple overdrafts and made a bunch of money but not that. I'm so thankful for this Bank.
