My husband has banked here since he was 14 or 15 years old and I have banked here since 2009. The staff is always very friendly and remembers our names. That's is the only positive thing about this bank. I have been charged overdraft fees several times for no reason and still have a positive balance after the overdraft fee has been taken out. Why are you gonna close at 4??? This is why no one banks here anymore!! You open at 9 and close at 4, a “normal” working person, who needs a bank, is not gonna be able to get there in time!! THIS GOES OUT TO ALL BANKS!! STOP CHARGING PEOPLE WHO DON’T HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO CASH A CHECK THAT IS ISSUED BY THAT BANK!!
