Would not recommend. When I got there there was a patient arguing to one of the staff and the staff gaslight her. The staff member said the client was wrong it was a different staff member who did something to her. And then the doctor was rude condescending and overall unprofessional. Would not recommend!
I had my appointment yesterday and again after 5 days without my meds, still not have my refill. The staff continually forgets send the refills on time.
This was my second visit to this office and it was a good visit. There wasn’t a wait and staff was pleasant and courteous . The NP Dezi was thorough and listened to what I had to say. She discussed several treatments with me and we agreed on the help I will be receiving. It was very helpful and I enjoy her and this office in Chino. Thank you.
