Worst experience. Had to file an official grievance with Aetna because they simply refused to schedule a follow up appt. Tried over 3 ways of communication (call, text, email and even Aetna tried over a 2 weeks time) yet still zero response. I was NOT rude. I have insurance. I’ve done NOTHING wrong. Office staff seem to dictate who is worthy of appointments. I do NOT think this is what healthcare or HIPPA deems acceptable behavior. This is to be as a warning to everyone. So the doctor here is grate the staff on the other hand is rude and 0 help when it comes to trying to figure out a solution. This is not the first time having issues with the staff here. They play games like when your trying to get something figured out they put you on speaker so EVERYONE in the back and front waiting room can here the conversation. Would not recommend. When I got there there was a patient arguing to one of the staff and the staff gaslight her. The staff member said the client was wrong it was a different staff member who did something to her. And then the doctor was rude condescending and overall unprofessional. Would not recommend!

I had my appointment yesterday and again after 5 days without my meds, still not have my refill. The staff continually forgets send the refills on time.

This was my second visit to this office and it was a good visit. There wasn’t a wait and staff was pleasant and courteous . The NP Dezi was thorough and listened to what I had to say. She discussed several treatments with me and we agreed on the help I will be receiving. It was very helpful and I enjoy her and this office in Chino. Thank you.
