I worked one day for Synnex Bathrooms (1 Russell St, Baulkham Hills) with a person named Jan. I worked 7 hours under the sun with no break. When I told him I couldn’t return the next day, he refused to pay me for the hours I had already worked. I also noticed materials being used in ways that seemed wasteful, which made me feel uncomfortable about the way the business was run. This is my honest experience, so customer and worker please be careful and make sure everything is clear before working with this dodgy business.”

I called to ask a few simple questions and the owner answered the phone. Unfortunately, he was very short, dismissive, and rude throughout the conversation. I didn’t appreciate the attitude or the lack of basic customer service. It completely put me off and I won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Avoid this business at all cost , warning to all employee , Be very carful before working with this business,they do not treat workers fairly and you may not get paid for your time and hard work..they take on high-paying jobs,send worker to complete the work,and than refuse to pay the people who actually did the job,not reliable and absolutely not recommend

Jan remodelled my bathroom late last year. He had previously completed a remodel for my parents, and they referred him when I bought a new apartment and needed to update the very old bathroom. Having no experience with renovations, he walked me through each step. He was patient when I changed my mind on design/ finishing a multiple times throughout the process, and kept me up to date with progress throughout.
