If you’re looking to get synthetic lawn, please choose another company. They are the typical bait and switch operation. Mike Carpenter came to my home and offered to bury the downspouts under ground and exit out of the slope in the back yard. Instead the downspouts were buried just under the yard and have caused a backup in the downspouts. He lied about the service, charged me $2K extra, and will not fix them. This company has only a 3.9 star rating whereas their competition has a 5 star rating. I completely understand why.

They came back and fixed the slope in my putting green and this retired guy is a happy camper

Never responds to phone calls. Hours not correctly updated. If they are OOO, posting a printed paper on the door doesnt help in this day and age. Why cant you update your hours or update your VM message to inform your customers. Drove 1hr to go see them closed at 3PM on a weekday. They just lost a customer. Be better.

They did a great job managing to get turf down in a very hard to reach place (the bottom of a ravine in my backyard). It's a very seep drop off and there are no access roads. I think this was a very unique, and difficult job, but they found a way to shoot the gravel down and install the turf afterwards. This is now a beautiful play area for my 2 boys.
