My heart full of ‘thank you’ to Vivian Mendez and Mario Perez who are super fast in scheduling the installation of the artificial turf. Mario had been very excited for us during his visit and did answer all the questions and concerns i had for this project. The turf was installed next day and we saw the hard work of Mario’s team. So far it has been a week of admiration to our new yard with artificial grass. Hats off to the duo Team of Vivian and Mario.
The lawn installation team was very professional and dedicated to their work. Their work was awesome. They did everything I expected and more. They did a fantastic job paying attention to very detail. Especially the sale representative Mario Perez is very pleasant to work with. Two thumbs up to the 5-star team! I had a Synlawn installation that literally transformed my home into one of the best in the neighborhood!! Their sales rep, Mario, was not only knowledgeable and didn’t upsell me with unnecessary suggestions (for add-ons, etc.). We accessed SynLawn through Home Depot. Vivian was quick to call us and set up an appointment with Mario Perez, perhaps one of the most personable and competent estimators I’ve seen. He explained everything about SynLawn’s turf products and recommended the turf best suited to our requirements. Most notably, he was able to get a crew to our house the next day!
