I was referred to SYNLawn through Lowe's. They beat most competitors estimates and even offered no interest financing through Lowe's. On top of that, the price includes warranty on the installation. The whole experience was much better than expected, and was very smooth. From Gale, the first contact person, to Mario the estimator to Billy with the installation company, everything went as they promised. The installation was very detailed and they spent a lot of time clearing the area out and preparing. It looks great and even my gardener said "That looks pretty good for artificial!"
Five Stars! Billy Bright in the West Sac location went above and beyond for my project. He answered all my calls and patiently guided me through the entire DIY process, even when I asked the same questions over and over. He found the perfect product for my needs and made everything go incredibly smoothly. I will absolutely be a return customer. If you are on the fence about DIY, go for it—it really isn't that bad!
Mario Perez was great to work with on this project and his team did a very professional job.
