We had an excellent experience with SynLawn! They installed the turf for the United Cerebral Palsy of Northwest Missouri (UCP of NWMO) playground, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Trent was fantastic to work with, professional, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. The installation crew was amazing, working efficiently while paying close attention to detail. Horrible customer service. After paying in full for six lawn treatments and seven requests for a schedule of what I purchased & approximate dates of application…..NEVER A RESPONSE. Called in person & talked to Josh in retention then again to Eric Ewing, spvr, & still NO RESPONSE. They take your money and then ignore the customer.
