Horrible customer service. After paying in full for six lawn treatments and seven requests for a schedule of what I purchased & approximate dates of application…..NEVER A RESPONSE. Called in person & talked to Josh in retention then again to Eric Ewing, spvr, & still NO RESPONSE. They take your money and then ignore the customer.
GREAT experience! We needed a lawn that would work for our two Great Danes and Synlawn nailed it! When an unexpected sewar problem caused the need to peel back 50% of it, Trent and the team were quick to respond and went above and beyond to support. I did plenty of research when looking for the right company to do my yard...I could've spent more, could've spent less, but l felt a level of confidence that separated Synlawn during the research process and I couldn't be more pleased. HIGHLY recommend!
This company installed astroturf in our yard on March 28. The crew did a great job and were very meticulous. I would use them again if need. Our salesman, Paul did a great job explaining our choices and pointing us in the right direction.
I reached out to 3 turf companies. Trent and SYNLawn were the best fit all the right reasons. Trent is always available for any and all questions/needs. The 4 installers were very nice and great at their job. They were uber careful with my lawn and the many little changes we had to make on the fly. I will definitely use this company again
