SYNLawn is a fantastic vendor. I have purchased artificial grass from them on several TV productions including ABC's The Black Box and on multiple season's of HBO's Girls. We have extremely high standards in TV production; the grass needs to look realistic- even on HD. SYNLawn's product is outstanding and their customer service is the best out there. We recently had SYNLawn installed on our roofdeck and we absolutely love it! It transformed the whole look and feel of our outdoor space. The SYNLawn installation crew was very professional and polite. So Happy!!!
Called up to ask for an installation quote several times last spring, never returned my call. Called again for an installation quote on Monday, it is Thursday and I have yet to receive a response.
