This review is for the process of getting an estimate, installation, communication, and customer service as we just had the turf installed. I was at the Jacksonville Home & Patio Show when I saw the SYNLawn display. I was very impressed with Danny’s knowledge of the product and he was able to answer all my questions with no pressure. I set up an estimate with Danny and he showed up on time and prepared. Excellent communication! He went over all my options and I felt comfortable in my decision. Our new lawn looks wonderful. The design was perfect and installation went smoothly.
Fantastic experience and standup company. The quality of installation and quick response is phenomenal. If you’re looking for Turf, look no further. From the owner, to the employees, top rated service. I wish my HOA would allow my whole lawn to be turfed, and if you have dogs, they will love the durability and functionality of the turf. Highly recommended this company.
Danny, Scott and the guys were great to work with. They did a really nice job. After I got over the sticker shock of the price and decided to go for it, I am really glad that I did. We love over turf covered balcony overlooking the river and downtown. It's clean, dry and comfortable.
Exceptional process and final product. Quotes were given quickly with fair and transparent pricing, then the install team crushed it. They were polished and professional and you could tell how much they loved installing putting greens. My putting greens are beautiful and roll just like a well manicured Bermuda green. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process and highly recommend SynLawn
