been having issues with our "turf" since the install. they dont honor their products warranty or installation. we pirchased the top of the line AUGUSTINE X47 with an application of 2lbs/per sqft of envirofill & in just 6mos this "turf" had began matting in all directions in various parts of the area. had an issue with white staining but they blame hard water as the culprit - but apparently they dont suspect it to be the white powdery crusher fine sub-base they used for the install. been trying to resolve the issue with the o... read more
