I find it difficult to articulate the difference that Nick has made in my career. For the first time I interviewed like a Director, I thought like a Director, I acted like a Director. Now, I am a Director. I was ready to give up on transportation, but Nick kept me focused and helped me get to where I am. I wouldn’t be here without him.

Nick was recommended to me by a close friend who he had helped years earlier. I highly recommend Synko Associates. When I started working with them I was in a difficult spot career wise. I didn't know what I wanted to do professionally and being laid-off during the pandemic didn't help. With Nick's help I was able to land a job at the University of Michigan and I never in a million years thought I would work there.
