They were quick to see me as a 1st-time patient with lower back pain. Quick and seemingly sensible recommendation of an xray, then an MRI. MRI report was sent to their office same day of procedure (that was 1 1/2 days ago - I verified with the radiologist). Not bad, except that when the nurse finally called me back today, she said they JUST got it in and that the doctor was going to look at it & call me back.
