Nice people, but need to do a MUCH better job of pre-screening; I traveled a fair distance twice only to be disqualified for things that I disclosed on my applications. Twice is too many times. Not recommended and I won't be back.

Scheduled an appointment for a COVID vaccine trial 8 weeks ago, show up to appointment only to find it had been cancelled 4 weeks ago. No one confirmed that the information was received on my end. Can't speak to their clinical work but in my experience a lack of professionalism before an appointment is generally linked to the quality at an appointment. I wish I had read the reviews here before and I would have been more proactive in making sure the appointment still stood.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I drove and hour and a half for study in horrific traffic . When I got there, the Study was closed. they never called me at all. I have had this appointment for weeks.
