I scheduled my nephew an appointment and when I did I informed them of our situation and told them what insurance he had they told me it was accepted, great made the appointment. When we get there for the appointment first there was no receptionist to take our information then I find out the counselor I originally scheduled with had been switched without my knowledge and to an intern which would have been fine but not only did she not accept the insurance she isn't allowed to accept any insurance at this time and come to fin... read more

Leslie was a great classmate in our Master's in Counseling program! Intelligent, generous with her time, and a team player--she is now a generous, knowledgeable, helpful colleague! In school, she chose to work with children who'd been traumatized. Her heart for kids and teens has led her to the creation of Youth Mental Health Services. This woman goes above and beyond to receive as much education as possible in an effort to help as many clients as possible! I actually sent in a contact me email looking for some information. I was surprised by a pop up screen that was actually texting me back and immediately told sadly we cannot help him without even knowing our whole situation. When I asked who I was speaking with they refused to answer. Sadly you have denied services to a kid in need before even hearing his story. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD,TERRIBLE PERSON ON THE OTHER END OF THAT SCREEN!
