I purchased an Exceed microneedling device, used it a few times, and now the device doesn't turn on. I called Candela and they said they don't service this device and I would need to buy a new one. Also, I purchased their new GentleMax laser when we opened 4 years ago and it constantly broke down and every time they came to fix it, the part or whatever what outside of our service agreement and was forced to spend thousands to do the repair. I will not purchase anything from this company ever again.
I wouldn't spend money on this machines. They are very expensive to fix and they are keep breaking. Their service warranty is a joke as well.
