I purchased an Exceed microneedling device, used it a few times, and now the device doesn't turn on. I called Candela and they said they don't service this device and I would need to buy a new one. Also, I purchased their new GentleMax laser when we opened 4 years ago and it constantly broke down and every time they came to fix it, the part or whatever what outside of our service agreement and was forced to spend thousands to do the repair. I will not purchase anything from this company ever again.
I wouldn't spend money on this machines. They are very expensive to fix and they are keep breaking. Their service warranty is a joke as well.
I'm starting my laser hair and tattoo removal sessions and so far so good! All the techs are kind, supportive and helpful! The pain will be worth the outcome! I'm apart of one of their trial programs and it's a great way to recieve treatments at no cost, and help advance removal technology
I regret spending money and purchasing the Vbeam laser from Candela. This laser has been nothing but trouble from day one, it breaks down every few months and you have to wait for weeks for a service call and or part. I would NEVER recommend purchasing this laser. Wish I spoke to more physicians prior to the purchase and read reviews on it.
