Shannon has tremendously helped with my muscle spasms in my bra line area of my back. I am confident that during my following sessions she will help with my quality of life. She is very concerned about what activities increase my level of pain and discomfort.
I’ve been seeing Shannon for the past couple months for a few different pain issues, and the difference has been noticeable. Each session feels intentional and tailored to what’s actually bothering me rather than a generic massage. I consistently leave feeling looser, more balanced, and overall better than when I came in. She’s professional, attentive, and clearly knows what she’s doing. 10/10 recommend.
